Staff with roles and the right access
Staff are the people who help you run the Studio. Each has a title, a role with switches for what they may do, their teams and how they are paid. Staff never count toward your member limit.
What it does
Roles, access and pay for every helper
- Invite by email with a title from your trade, like Teacher, Coach, Sound engineer or Conductor.
- Ready-made roles: Administrator, Manager, Teacher, Front desk, Accountant, or your own mix.
- Twelve switches: Schedule, People, Everyone, Finances, Staff pay, Bookings, Services, Announcements, Export, Files, Staff, Settings.
- Teachers see the activities they lead and their teams; "Everyone" opens the whole Studio.
- Nobody can give more access than they have themselves.
- Pay per person: a share of their lessons, an amount per lesson, a monthly salary or by the hour.
- Remove someone, and their access ends at once while their pay records stay.
