Lesson scheduling software for 1:1 and small groups
Services are what you offer: piano, guitar, maths or tennis lessons. Each has a length, a price, its teachers with their places and free times, and people apply for one.
What it does
From "I would like lessons" to a weekly lesson
- A service with a lesson length (30, 45, 60, 90 minutes or your own) and an optional price: monthly, weekly or per hour.
- Teachers for each service with how many places they have, shown as "3 of 5 places" or Full.
- Each teacher's weekly free times; teachers can set their own.
- A waiting list tag when every teacher is full.
- People apply from your page: a service, a teacher or "Any teacher", and one of the open times or "Agree on a time later".
- Accept, and the weekly 1:1 lesson is made in the Calendar with the right teacher and time.
- Change the order your services show on the apply page.
