Scheduling and attendance
Classes, lessons, trainings, matches and events, weekly or one time, with places, a waitlist and an attendance tracking app built in.
Class schedule
Weekly or one-time activities with a place, a length and a note. Week, month and grid views, and one "Coming up" across all your Studios.
Places and a waitlist
No separate class waitlist app: set how many places an activity has, and when it is full people go on the waitlist. The first one moves up by themselves when a place frees.
Going, Maybe or Can't come
Your people answer with one tap, or "everyone is in" for 1:1 lessons. You see who comes before the day.
Line-ups and leaders
Who plays, sings or leads, and in which role, per activity or for one date. A substitute when the teacher is away.
Attendance tracking
Tick who was there. A package of sessions is used up by itself, and each member page shows their attendance.
Reminders
A reminder before every activity, one hour by default, and each person can set their own.
Cancel, move and requests
Cancel or move one date and everyone hears about it. Members ask to cancel or move, and your own rules decide.

Announcements
A short message to everyone or to one team, sent as a notification, so you need no separate announcement app for members.

Member payment tracking
A clear record for both sides. Your members pay you directly, so no money moves through Listub and nothing is taken from your income.
Price plans
A price plan for each member: monthly, weekly or per hour, paid at the start or the end.
Monthly statements
Statements make themselves every month as drafts. Check them, change them, add a credit and send them.
"I paid" and confirm
Members tap "I paid", you confirm. Overdue payments show up by themselves.
Packages and charges
Packages like 10 sessions, used by attendance, and one-off or repeating charges.
The month at a glance
Billed, paid, open, staff pay and what the Studio keeps, with payouts and twelve months of numbers.
Staff pay
Instructor pay tracking: a share, a fixed amount per lesson or per month. Staff see their own earnings.
