Leads keeps everyone who showed interest: applications from your page and people you add by hand. Book a trial lesson, follow up on the right day and see who joined.
What it does
From first call to new member
- Stages: New, Contacted, Trial booked, Trial done, Joined, Lost, with a count on each.
- Add a lead with phone, email, what they want and where they came from: a call, a walk-in, a friend, social media, your Studio page, your website or a public event.
- A follow-up day, with "Follow up today" and "Follow up - late" tags.
- Book a trial lesson with a teacher or in a class, then mark Came or Did not come.
- Trial offers per service or class: free or with a price; applicants can ask for a trial first.
- "Did they join?": let them in, send the invitation, or ask again in a week.
- Numbers: new leads, trial lessons, how many joined and where they came from.
