The app for community groups and volunteers

Listub Studio is a volunteer scheduling app with simple member management for nonprofits: meetings, events and shifts, who is coming, announcements and shared files. Your members join free.

Everything your community group runs, in one place

Plan it, fill the places and tell everyone, without a spreadsheet.

A volunteer sign-up app with places and a waitlist

Make a shift, a clean-up or a meeting, weekly or one time, and set the number of places. Open it to join, or choose people or a team. When it is full, the waitlist moves up by itself and the next person gets a notification.

  • Places and a waitlist
  • Going, Maybe, Can't come
  • A reminder before it starts

Announcements to everyone or one team

Send a short announcement to the whole group, or only to one team like the committee or the Saturday helpers. It arrives as a notification in the Listub app. Cancel or move one date without touching the rest.

  • To everyone or one team
  • Sent as a notification
  • Cancel or move one date

Shared tasks and files

Keep the jobs before an event in Tasks, so everyone sees what is done and what is still open. Put the rules, minutes and handouts in Files. It all sits inside the Studio, not in someone's inbox.

  • Jobs before an event
  • Rules, minutes and handouts
  • One place for the whole group

Members, teams and organisers

Invite people by email, a link or a QR code; they accept or decline. Sort them into teams, see who came to what and keep a private note. Add organisers as staff and choose what each one can open.

  • Invite by email, link or QR
  • Teams and attendance
  • Organisers with their own access

Questions

Community

Do our members have to pay for the app?

No. Your members join with the free Listub app and never pay for Listub; the organiser runs the Studio. You invite them by email, a link or a QR code, and they accept or decline.

How do I organise volunteers for an event?

Make the event, or one activity per shift, and set the number of places. Open it to join, or choose people or a team. Volunteers answer in the app, the waitlist moves up when someone drops out, and on the day you tick who came.

Is there a church group app that also works for other faith communities?

Yes. Pick Faith community when you create the Studio. Plan services and study groups, send announcements to everyone or one group, and keep readings and handouts in Files. Listub does not take donations.

Can we collect donations or membership fees?

No money moves through Listub, so there are no donations or online payments. If your group has a membership fee, switch on Payments: each member gets a price plan, statements are made every month, the member taps "I paid" and you confirm.

Who can see our members' details?

In a group, members see each other's names only. Organisers you add as staff see what their access allows, and never members' private details. The data is stored in Germany, in the EU.
