What it does

A schedule with places, a waitlist and attendance

  • Every week on the days you pick, or one time, with a start, a length or an end time, and a place.
  • Who it is for: chosen teams and people, open to join, or everyone; "Everyone is in" for 1:1 lessons or "Ask who comes".
  • Places with a class waitlist: when the places are taken, Going puts people on the waitlist and the first one moves up by itself when a place frees.
  • Led by one or more staff, a substitute for one date, and a line-up with roles like Vocals, Guitar or Captain.
  • Attendance tracking for classes, sessions and trainings: tick who was there, mark a no-show, and a package of sessions is used by itself.
  • Members ask to cancel or move a date within your rules, and you accept or decline.
  • Cancel one date and decide what happens with the lesson, or give make-up credits.
  • Week, month and list views, a week grid by the hour, a filter per place, and reminders from 15 minutes to a day before.
