Listub Studio is an app for private tutors, language schools, driving schools and course leaders: lessons, students, homework and payments in one place. Your students join free and get a reminder before each lesson.
Lessons, attendance, homework and payments, without a spreadsheet next to it.
Plan weekly 1:1 lessons and group classes with a set number of places and a waitlist that moves up by itself. Students ask to cancel or move a lesson, and your rules decide: the deadline, and whether a late cancel is paid.
Tick who was there after each lesson. As a student attendance tracking app it also uses up a package like "10 lessons" by itself, so you always know how many are left.
Give homework in a shared Tasks room and students tick it off, so it works as a homework app for tutors. Handouts go in Files, and Study keeps the lessons, exam dates and progress.
Give each student a price plan: monthly, weekly or per hour. Statements are made every month; the student taps "I paid" and you confirm. Teachers on your staff see their own pay.

Your students join free with the Listub app on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac or the web. They see their lessons, get a reminder before each one, tick off homework and open the handouts. They also see what they owe and tap "I paid".

Yes. Listub Studio keeps a clear record of who owes what: a price plan per student, statements made every month, one-off charges and packages. Students pay you directly, by bank, cash or your own payment link, and tap "I paid". No money moves through Listub.
Yes. The Study room keeps lessons, exam dates and progress, and each student's page shows their attendance and your private note about them. Homework in Tasks shows what is done and what is still open.
Switch on Services and add what you teach, with the lesson length and your free times. New students apply from your Studio's public page: the subject, the teacher (or any) and a time. You accept, and the weekly lesson is made.
The student asks to cancel or move it in the app. Your rules decide: the deadline, whether it goes through at once or waits for you, and whether a late cancel is paid. You and your staff can cancel or move a date too.
No. Your students never pay for Listub; they join free with the Listub app. You invite them by email, a link or a QR code, and they accept.
