Music school software for lessons and rehearsals

Listub Studio is an app for music teachers, music schools, recording studios and rehearsal spaces: lessons, teachers, room bookings and payments in one place. Bands and choirs can plan their rehearsals in it too. Your students join free.

Music studio management software for every week

Lessons, teachers, rooms and payments, each with its own part.

A music lesson scheduling app

Plan weekly 1:1 lessons and group classes with a set number of places and a waitlist. Students get a reminder before each lesson and ask to cancel or move one; your rules decide. A teacher who is away gets a substitute for that one date.

  • 1:1 and group lessons
  • A substitute for one date
  • Cancel or move by your rules

Teachers, their students and their pay

Each teacher gets a role and only the access you switch on. Teachers have places and weekly free times, and new students apply for a lesson from your public page. Staff pay is worked out per lesson, as a % or per month.

  • Students apply for a lesson
  • Staff pay and My earnings

A rehearsal room booking system

Switch on Bookings for rooms and booths: lengths, a price per hour or per length, opening hours and closed days. Artists pick a time and send a request; you accept, or it confirms itself. People from outside your Studio can book too.

  • Lengths like 1 h or 2 h
  • Opening hours and closed days
  • Accept, or confirm at once

Price plans, packages and statements

Give each student a price plan or a package like "10 lessons", used up by attendance. Statements are made every month; the student taps "I paid" and you confirm. The month overview shows what came in, what is open and what the teachers earned.

  • Statements every month
  • Packages used by attendance

Questions

Music

Is there an app to track music lesson payments?

Yes. Each student has a price plan (monthly, weekly or per hour) or a package of lessons, and statements are made every month. Students pay you directly, by bank, cash or your own payment link, and tap "I paid". No money moves through Listub.

How do new students sign up for music lessons?

Switch on Services and add what you teach, like guitar, piano or drums, with the lesson length and each teacher's free times. New students apply from your Studio's public page: the instrument, a teacher (or any) and a time. You accept, and the weekly lesson is made.

Can bands book my rehearsal room online?

Yes. Bands pick a free time from your opening hours and send a request, or the booking confirms itself if you choose that. They do not have to be in your Studio. They pay you as you agree; Listub takes no payments.

How do I share sheet music with my choir?

Put the scores in the Files room of your Studio and everyone in it can open them on their phone. For one voice only, make each voice a team and send an announcement to it, such as the sopranos.

What if a teacher is ill on the day?

Give that one date a substitute, or cancel or move just that date; the rest of the weekly lessons stay as they are. Send an announcement if everyone needs to know.
