Art class scheduling software for your studio and students

Listub Studio is art studio management software for painting, pottery, photography and craft classes. Plan classes and workshops, share what to bring and see who paid.

What an art studio needs every week

The four things you do for every class and workshop, in one place.

Classes and courses with places and a waitlist

Weekly classes or a six-week course, each with a place and a number of places. When a class is full, people join the waitlist and move up by themselves, with a notification. Students answer Going, Maybe or Can't come.

  • Weekly or one-time
  • A waitlist that moves up
  • Attendance for every date

Craft workshop booking on its own page

Make a one-time workshop public and it gets its own page on listub.com, with a picture and a proper preview when you share the link. People join, ask to join or join the waitlist. Every public event is reviewed by Listub.

  • A page and a picture per workshop
  • Join, ask to join or waitlist
  • A widget for your own website

Material lists, handouts and teachers

Put what to bring for each class in a list: brushes, paper, an apron, clay tools. Keep handouts and studio rules in Files. Add teachers as staff, each with their own access.

  • What to bring, per class
  • Handouts and studio rules
  • Teachers with their own access

Art class payment tracking and packages

Give each student a price plan, or a package like "10 sessions" that attendance uses up. Statements are made every month; the student taps "I paid" and you confirm. Students pay you directly, by bank, cash or your own payment link.

  • Packages used by attendance
  • Monthly statements
  • Overdue shows up

Questions

Arts and crafts

Is there an app for running art classes?

Yes. Listub Studio is for art teachers, studios and clubs: you plan classes and workshops, share lists and files, and see who paid. Your students use the free Listub app, and you invite them by email, a link or a QR code.

Can I use it as art school management software with several teachers?

Yes. Add staff as Manager, Teacher, Front desk or Accountant, each with their own access. Set staff pay as a percentage, per lesson or per month, and each teacher sees their own earnings. Staff never see students' private details.

Does it work as art studio membership software?

Yes, as a clear record. Give each member a monthly price plan or a package of sessions. Statements are made every month, the member taps "I paid" and you confirm. No money moves through Listub: members pay you directly.

Can a student cancel or move a lesson?

Yes. Students ask to cancel, move or stop a lesson in the app, and your rules decide: a deadline, and whether a late change is still paid. You or your staff accept or decline. You can also cancel or move one date for everyone.

Can people book open studio time?

Yes. Switch on Bookings and set the lengths, such as 1 or 2 hours, your opening hours and closed days. People pick a time and send a request; you accept, or it confirms itself. People outside your Studio can book too.
