Listub Studio is an outdoor club app for groups that go out together. Plan walks and trips with places and leaders, share what to bring, and see who paid for the bus.

Plan weekly walks or a one-time hike with a meeting point and a number of places. Pick the leaders and a substitute for one date, and cancel or move a date when the weather turns. Members answer Going, Maybe or Can't come.
Plan a weekend in the hills or a week abroad in Plans and trips, next to the schedule. Everyone in the Studio sees the plan in their own app.
Put what to bring in a list: boots, a rain jacket, water, a head torch. Keep the group kit in another list, like the first aid bag and the map. Members see it before they pack.
Add a one-off charge for the bus or the hut, or a monthly price plan for membership. Members tap "I paid" and you confirm, and overdue payments show up. No money moves through Listub: members pay you directly.

Your members join free with the Listub app on iPhone, Android, Mac or the web. They answer Going, Maybe or Can't come, get a reminder before each walk, see the plan and what to bring, and see what they owe. Pages they opened still show without signal, and answers sync when they are back online.

Yes. Listub Studio is for the people who lead walks, hikes and trips: you plan the schedule, pick leaders, share what to bring and see who paid. Your members use the free Listub app, and you invite them by email, a link or a QR code.
Yes. Pages show what was saved the last time, so the plan and the list are still there. Answers, attendance and "I paid" are saved and sync when the phone is back online.
Cancel that one date in the schedule, or move it to another day. Then send an announcement to everyone or to one team; it arrives as a notification.
Your Studio is by invitation. For an open walk or a tour, make it a public event: it gets its own page on listub.com that you share, and people join, ask to join or join the waitlist. Every public event is reviewed by Listub.
Yes. Add them as staff and switch on what they may do: the schedule, people, money or announcements. Set staff pay as a percentage, per lesson or per month, and each one sees their own earnings.
