Listub Studio is software for kids' activity providers: the term's schedule with places and a waitlist, the register, announcements to parents and a record of who paid. Parents join free.
Weekly classes, one-time trips and camp weeks, each with its own places.
Add weekly classes and one-time days out, each with a place, a time and a number of places. When a class is full, the waitlist moves up by itself and the next family gets a notification. Cancel or move one date without touching the rest.
Before each session you see which parents answered Going, Maybe or Can't come. On the day, tick who is there on your phone. If a family has a package of sessions, each one is used by attendance.
Send an announcement to all parents, or only to one group like the Tuesday class. It arrives as a notification, so nobody has to scroll through a chat. Reminders go out an hour before each session, and each parent can set their own.
About you keeps each family's contact, an emergency contact, health notes and consent, private to you. Give each family a price plan or a package; statements are made every month, the parent taps "I paid" and you confirm. Helpers never see the private details.

No. Parents join with the free Listub app and never pay for Listub; you run the Studio. You invite them by email, a link or a QR code, and they accept or decline. Children don't need an account of their own.
Give each family a price plan, monthly or weekly, or a package like 10 sessions. Statements are made every month; you send them, the parent taps "I paid" and you confirm. Overdue payments show up by themselves. No money moves through Listub: parents pay you directly.
Yes. Add each camp day as an activity with a number of places and a waitlist. Each family's About you holds the contact, an emergency contact and health notes, and you can export the attendance as a spreadsheet or CSV.
Not inside Listub. You invite the parents and they answer for each session; they pay you directly, by bank, cash or your own payment link. For an open day you can make a public event that families ask to join. Every public event is reviewed by Listub.
Contacts, emergency contacts and health notes stay between you and each family. Helpers you add as staff never see them, and in a group parents see each other's names only. The data is stored in Germany, in the EU.
