Questions about pricing
How much does club management software cost?
With Listub Studio the class scheduling software cost is one price a month for your package: Studio Solo for one small Studio, Studio Plus for up to three Studios, Studio Pro for up to ten, and Custom with your own numbers for anything bigger.
Is the price per member or per location?
Neither. There is no membership software price per member, and unlike studio software priced per location, one package covers up to so many Studios, each with its own members, staff and space.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every package starts with two weeks free. When the two weeks are over, the package you chose starts; you change or cancel it on the web, in Menu › Subscription.
Where do I buy a Studio plan?
On the web only. Create your Listub account at app.listub.com (or sign in), open Menu › Subscription and choose your package. Your Studio tab opens once you have subscribed, and from then on it works in every Listub app.
Can I buy Listub Studio in the App Store or Google Play?
No. Studio plans are bought and changed on the web only. The apps on iPhone, Android and the Mac show your plan and run your Studio, but they do not sell it.
What counts as a member?
Every person you invite who is in one of your Studios: clients, students, players, guests. Paused or removed members do not count. Staff never count as members: each package has its own number of staff.
How many staff can I have?
In each Studio: up to 2 with Studio Solo, 5 with Studio Plus and 15 with Studio Pro. A staff member is someone who helps run a Studio: a coach, a teacher, the front desk or an accountant. Need more? Set them on Custom.
What happens when I have more members than my package?
Move to the next package, or set Custom to the numbers you need. Nothing you have made is lost when you change.
Do my members pay anything?
No. Listub is a club app free for members: they join with your invitation and never pay for Listub, and a Studio never counts toward their own Listub plan.
Is it club software with no transaction fees?
Yes. No money moves through Listub: your members pay you directly, the way you already work, so nothing is taken from what they pay. Listub keeps the record: price plans, statements, packages and who paid.
Is there a yearly price?
Yes. Pay monthly, or a year for the price of ten months. Bookings are in the same package, so there is no separate booking software monthly price.
