Payment settings decide how your money side works: how members pay you, when statements go out, the reminders for late payments, holidays and your bank details.
What it does
Set it once, it runs every month
- How to pay you, shown on every member's Payments, and your currency.
- Statements at the start of a period or at the end, checked as drafts or sent at once, with a credit for free cancellations.
- Up to three payment reminders after the due date, each a push and an email, with an optional late fee on the last one.
- Holidays: named days or ranges with nothing charged.
- Bank details and a creditor ID for SEPA direct debit.
- Invoices: VAT, numbers, language and email.
- DATEV settings for your tax advisor, and sibling discounts per child.
