Cooking class booking software for you and your students

Listub Studio is cooking school software for classes, courses and dinners. Plan every date with places and a waitlist, share recipes and ingredient lists, and see who paid.

What a cooking class needs before it starts

The four things you sort out for every class and every dinner, in one place.

Culinary class scheduling with a set number of places

Weekly classes or a one-time course, each with a place and a number of places, so you shop for the right number. When a class is full, people join the cooking class waitlist and move up by themselves, with a notification.

  • Weekly or one-time
  • A waitlist that moves up
  • A reminder before each class

Recipes in Notes, ingredients in Lists

Write the recipe and the method in Notes, and put what to bring in a list: an apron, a container to take food home, a notebook. Students see both in their own app before the class.

  • Recipes and methods
  • What to bring
  • Seen before the class

A pop-up dinner guest list on its own page

Make a supper club evening or a tasting public and it gets its own page on listub.com, with a picture and a proper preview when you share the link. Guests join or ask to join, and you see who is coming. Every public event is reviewed by Listub.

  • A page and a picture per evening
  • Join, ask to join or waitlist
  • A widget for your own website

Cooking class payment tracking and packages

Give each student a price plan, or a package like "6 classes" that attendance uses up. Statements are made every month; the student taps "I paid" and you confirm. Students pay you directly, by bank, cash or your own payment link.

  • Packages used by attendance
  • Monthly statements
  • Overdue shows up

Questions

Food and drink

Is there an app for cooking classes?

Yes. Listub Studio is for cooking teachers, baking schools and supper club hosts: you plan classes and dinners, share recipes and lists, and see who paid. Your students use the free Listub app, and you invite them by email, a link or a QR code.

How do I stop a cooking class from being overbooked?

Give each class a number of places. When it is full, new people join the waitlist instead. When someone drops out, the next person moves up by themselves and gets a notification.

Can people book a private cooking lesson?

Yes. Switch on Bookings and set the lengths, such as 2 or 3 hours, a price if you want one, your opening hours and closed days. People pick a time and send a request; you accept, or it confirms itself. People outside your Studio can book too.

Can guests pay for a dinner or a class in the app?

No money moves through Listub. Guests and students pay you directly, by bank, cash or your own payment link, then tap "I paid" and you confirm. You see who paid, what is open and what is overdue.

Can I share recipes with my students?

Yes. Write the recipe in Notes and what to bring in Lists, and switch on Files for handouts. Everyone in the class sees them in their own app, and the pages they opened stay readable offline.
