Projects with people, sessions, tasks and pay
A project is work with a start and an end: an album, a summer camp, a tournament, a show. It has its own people with their roles, its sessions in the Calendar, a shared task list and the pay for everyone.
What it does
Everything a project needs, together
- A project with a name, what it is, a start and an end (or ongoing), Active or Done.
- People from your collaborators, staff and members, each with a role like Bass, Sound or Volunteer at the door.
- How each person is paid: volunteer, a fee for the project, per session or per hour.
- Sessions such as rehearsals or matches go into the Calendar, with the project's people as the line-up.
- A shared Task Manager list that everyone in the project has in their Rooms.
- Pay: earned so far, paid and still open per person; a payout is booked as an expense in your Finances.
