A member management app with a page for every person
The people of your Studio, called what you call them: clients, members, students, players, guests or artists. Invite them, answer who wants to join and open each person's own page.
What it does
Invite, filter and follow every member
- Invite by email, by a link or a QR code; for a child, the email is the parent's. Members join free with the Listub app.
- Import a list from CSV, Excel (.xlsx) or pasted rows, checked for errors and duplicates first.
- "Want to join", "Finishing registration" and "Waiting list" on top: accept, decline or put on the waiting list.
- Filters: team, price plan, owes money, frozen, ends soon, not seen in 14 days, documents not signed, birthday this month; save one as a chip.
- A page per person: teams, family and who pays, attendance, price plan, freezes, contract, levels and lesson notes.
- A timeline with staff notes and private files that the person never sees.
- Pause a place (they still read, and do not count toward your limit), restore it or remove them, with a reason you can count later.
