Your cancellation policy, applied for you
Lesson settings hold the Studio's rules: when reminders go out, how late people may cancel, what happens with a cancelled lesson, make-up credits and no-shows. Set them once, and every request follows them.
What it does
Fair rules, set once
- Reminders for your people and for staff: off, 15 or 30 minutes, 1 or 2 hours, or a day before. Each person can change their own.
- Cancelling: how many hours before it starts, done at once or they ask, and what is possible later.
- Cancelled lessons: counts as paid, a make-up, not charged, or decide later, for early, late and Studio cancels. A price plan can have its own rule.
- Make-up credits: how long a credit lasts and at most how many per month, term or year.
- No-shows: a fee or only a warning, free ones first, counted over the days you choose.
- When people can say Going: how many days before it opens and how many hours before it closes.
- Holidays: named date ranges when every activity is off.
