Documents signed in the app, with a finger
Documents holds the papers people need to sign: house rules, photo consent, contracts. They read them in the app and sign with a finger, and you get a PDF of every signature.
What it does
Who signed what, always clear
- A document with text or a PDF, for everyone, teams, chosen people, staff, collaborators, a price plan or children.
- Required ones show in Needs attention until signed.
- "12 of 15 signed" per document, with who is missing and "Remind them".
- Signing: "I have read it and agree", the full name and a finger signature; parents sign for their children.
- A PDF with the document, the name, the signature and the time, for every signature.
- Change the text, and a new version asks everyone again; earlier signatures stay.
Who it helps
Parents
Sign for their child on their phone.
Staff and collaborators
Sign their own code of conduct or agreement.
