A room booking system for anything you rent by the hour
Bookings is for the things people rent from you: a rehearsal room, a court, a recording booth. They pick a length and a time, and you accept, or it confirms at once.
What it does
Booking by the hour, set up your way
- Each thing to book has its lengths (30, 60, 90 minutes or your own), start times every few minutes, opening hours and closed days.
- How late people can book and how many weeks ahead.
- A price: free, per hour (with a discount for longer bookings) or per length.
- "Ask first" to answer each request, or "At once" to confirm by itself.
- Your members book, or anyone with your public booking link.
- "Pay first": a deposit or the full price, shown with your bank details, a reference and a QR code. Money goes straight to you.
- Requests, a week calendar per thing, a warning when an activity uses the room at the same time, and no-shows.
- People see their own bookings and can cancel them.
