Messages
Automatic messages that sound like you
Eight ready messages go out by themselves when something happens, as a notification and an email. Switch on the ones you want and change the words.
What it does
Eight moments, covered
- Welcome, after the first lesson, birthday, not seen for a while, package almost used, plan ending, thanks for paying, and after a trial lesson.
- Each one with its own switch and its own days, like "not seen for 14 days".
- Your own text with placeholders such as the name, the Studio, a date or an amount, and a preview of the push and the email.
- Each person gets each message once; for a child, the parents get it.
- Sent only between 9:00 and 20:00 in your Studio's time zone.
- How many went out in the last 30 days, per message.
