ListubDebt Ledger
The debt tracker app for money between friends.
Debt Ledger is the IOU and bill-splitting ledger in Listub, a free app for iPhone, iPad, Android and Mac. Write down what you lent, what you borrowed and what the group shared, and the balances add themselves up.

Money lent, money borrowed and shared bills in one place, with the balances worked out for you.
Three modes
An IOU app, a loan agreement or a group split. You pick.
Most people who want a who owes me money app end up with a note that says “Tom 40” and nothing about when or what for. In Debt Ledger every debt gets an amount, a date, a note and a status, in the mode you choose when you create the room.
SoloJust for you
A private record
Solo is the IOU app you keep for yourself: a quiet, dated note of the money you fronted, and only you can see it. Solo rooms work on the free plan.
ContractOne to one, agreed
A loan both sides accept
Contract is the loan tracker app for the bigger ones: the amount, the date and both acceptances are fixed when the room is made, so nobody rewrites the deal later.
GroupSplit across the table
A kitty for trips and flats
Group is for costs shared across a table, a trip or a flat: add each cost, choose who was in on it, and everyone sees their own balance.
The mode is fixed once the room exists, because each one has its own permissions and rules. Pick the one that matches the real situation before you invite anyone.
Group mode
A split expenses app for the whole table.
Add the cost, tap who was in on it, and split it evenly or by exact amounts. Everyone gets a net balance, and a direct repayment between two people closes it out.
- Split evenly or by exact amounts
- A net balance for everyone
- One repayment closes it out
Splitting a trip? Travel Hub keeps the trip’s budget , and Debt Ledger settles who paid for what.

Repayments
Paid back in parts? That counts too.
Log a part payment or the whole thing, and the running balance updates itself while the history stays exactly as it happened. It works just as well as a borrowed money tracker from the other side: note what you still owe, and tick it off as you pay.
Give a debt a deadline and it shows up on your Listub calendar, next to everything else that has a date.
Flatshares and clubs
Everyone in the room reads the same numbers.
A lending tracker app only works if both sides see the same thing. In a shared room everyone reads identical amounts, notes, dates and status: no private spreadsheet, no two versions of the story.
That also makes it a shared expenses app for roommates and small clubs: the utilities, the big grocery run, anything bought for the flat, with each person marking their own share paid.
Sharing a room is part of Premium for the person who creates it. Everyone they invite joins free.

Listub AI, the assistant
Just ask who owes what.
The assistant built into the app answers from your own Debt Ledger rooms in a sentence. It is included in the free plan; Premium adds Listub AI Pro.

Questions
Straight answers about money between people.
The short versions. The help centre has the long ones.
Visit the help centreIs this debt tracker app free?
Yes. Debt Ledger is free, like every module in Listub. Solo rooms work on the free plan; to invite other people into your own Contract or Group room you need Premium, and everyone you invite joins free.
How do I track money friends owe me?
Make a Debt Ledger room, add each amount with a date and a short note, and log repayments as they come in. The balance per person is always current, so you never have to rebuild it from memory.
Does Listub move the money for me?
No. Listub is a ledger: it records the amounts you enter and never connects to a bank account or processes a payment. You pay each other back the way you always do, then mark it here.
Can I split a bill unevenly?
Yes. In a Group room you choose who was in on a cost and split it evenly or by exact amounts. Everyone gets a net balance.
Can I change the mode later?
No. The mode is locked when the room is created, because Solo, Contract and Group each have their own permissions and rules. Pick the one that matches the real situation before you invite anyone.
Is it on Android and iPhone?
Yes. Listub runs on Android phones and tablets, iPhone, iPad and Mac, and everyone in a shared room sees the same balances.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Add the dinner at the table without signal; Listub saves it on your phone and syncs when you are back online.
Where is my data stored?
In Germany, in the EU. You can also try Listub in guest mode without an account; your lists then stay on your device.
Where do I get it?
